Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

Effective Date: July 7, 2026 · Version: chd-notice-v1

This notice applies to "consumer health data" as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) and the Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Law (SB370). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What consumer health data we collect

To connect you with a law firm for a free benefits review, we collect information you give us about your situation — for example, that you have a disability, injury, or health condition; your claim type (Social Security disability, workers' compensation, veterans, or personal injury); your claim status; and related facts you provide in our screener or on a recorded call. We collect this information only from you — through our screener, your messages, and your call — and never from third-party health sources.

2. Why we use it

We use your consumer health data solely to:

  • Qualify your inquiry against participating firms' criteria; and
  • Connect you — at your request — with the one matched firm so it can evaluate whether it can represent you.

We do not use your consumer health data for advertising to you, and we do not sell it to data brokers or lead aggregators.

3. Who we share it with

We share your consumer health data only with:

  • The one law firm we connect you to, to fulfill the connection you requested; and
  • Our own service providers who operate the platform on our behalf (for example, our telephony and messaging vendor, Twilio), who are contractually obligated to protect it and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We never share your consumer health data with any other third party, and we never sell it to a telemarketer, marketing agency, or lead generator.

4. Your consent

We collect and share your consumer health data only as directed by you when you ask to be connected to a law firm. When you ask us to connect you, you direct us to share the information described above with the one matched firm so it can evaluate your claim. This may include information about your health condition or claim, which we share only with the one law firm you ask us to connect you with.

You can withdraw at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us at privacy@claimsboost.com. Withdrawal does not affect any sharing already completed to fulfill a connection you requested.

5. Your rights

You may request to:

  • Access the consumer health data we have collected about you;
  • Delete your consumer health data; or
  • Withdraw consent for our collection and sharing of it.

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@claimsboost.com. We will confirm and honor your request as required by law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

6. Retention & security

We retain consumer health data only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we protect it with appropriate administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and employee training on data protection.
